I moved at the start of the month. I am now living in a different part of Ottawa with my girlfriend Michelle.
It's my first time living in an apartment, aside from from the first year of my life and my time in residence (which was way different).
It is also my first time living with a female (at least one that I share a bed and bathroom with). It has been an eye-opening experience. Either if she is crazy or she is trying to drive me crazy, I'm not sure which it is yet.....
For those who are interested, I'll take you for a little virtual tour of my apartment:
This is the bedroom (obviously) with the beautiful quilt that my mom made for me when I graduated from Carleton.
This is the living room/office/dining room (complete with Michelle's smelly pink slippers).
We can enjoy the sunset while we lounge on the balcony.
Our lovely view off the balcony. If we were any higher than the 4th floor, we would have an unobstructed view of the Ottawa river. As it is, we have to settle for a bunch of trees (which is still nice).
Well, that is probably good for now.
